Valuations and Surveys
Braden Chartered Surveyors are experienced in the preparation of land and property valuations. The valuation of property forms an essential prerequisite to many management decisions such as property sales, lettings, rent reviews, acquisitions, taxation and insurance.

We also undertake a large number of surveys including Home Buyers Reports, and Building Surveys relating to all types and sizes of property including commercial, retail, industial, residential and agricultural.
The firm can receive instructions direct from the lenders via the ‘Quest’ system. Braden is also accredited to undertake energy efficiency surveys (SAP Rating).
