Philip Denee Dip (Est Man) FRICS
Graduate in Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College Cirenester and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Philip spent the early part of his professional career managing estates in Scotland, later becoming Managing Director of Portals Property Limited. He is now a senior partner of Braden as well as farming 2,200 acres of arable land.

Peveril Bruce FCA
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, Peveril now provides specialist advice to the firm and its clients on a consultancy basis.  Much of his time is spent running his 2,000 acre Estate near Winchester which specialises in diversification.

David Oakley BSc(Hons) MRICS FAAV
Also studied Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He obtained his chartered status on the Chatsworth Estate, Derbyshire, and has subsequently been involved in the management of various rural estates around the country. David is a keen fly fisherman and has been involved in many trout river habitat restoration schemes, the latest of which has just won the Wild Trout Trust’s annual conservation award.
