A graduate in Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. Philip spent the early part of his professional career managing estates in Scotland, later becoming Managing Director of Portals Property Limited. He is now a senior partner of Braden, as well as farming 2,200 acres of arable land.

Also studied Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He obtained his chartered status on the Chatsworth Estate, Derbyshire, and has subsequently been involved in the management of various rural estates around the country. David is a keen fly fisherman and has been involved in many trout river habitat restoration schemes, the latest of which won the Wild Trout Trust’s annual conservation award.

Qualified with an NCFS (National Certificate for Farm Secretaries) at Brooksby Agricultural College, Caroline has worked as a rural business administrator for over twenty years from large estates to small rural businesses. She has been with Braden for over twenty years and is part of the accounting team operating bookkeeping services for a variety of clients.

Claire studied an NDA (National Diploma In Agriculture) at Sparsholt College during 1986-89, she has been with Braden since 2004 as part of the accounting team. Claire has wide ranging experience in farming and the grain trade and offers bookkeeping and accounts services to farms in Hampshire. She is also our resident arable records expert!

Laura studied at Seale Hayne and is a qualified Management Accountant. She joined Braden as part of the accounting team in 2005 and is our local Parish Clerk, also running the office and accounts for a local Estate – a very busy lady!
